4000 available positions in 2017 YZU Job Fair元智帶學生全球流通 3月29日辦徵才博覽會

More than one hundred of enterprises offer total 4000 positions in the job fair which opens at YZU campus on March 29. For the theme for this year-Global Circulation: Cross-Field, Integration and Innovation, the job exhibition also hosts several employment forums and cooperate meetings.

The theme setting follows the latest trend of Internet of Anything (IoA), such as Internet of Vehicles (IoV), Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0, and digital contents. Most positions in the fair come from the midstream and downstream sectors of the semiconductor industry, including Chunghwa Precision Test Tech (CHPT), memory IC company Winbond, and ASE Group. YZU cultivates students with global circulation ability, achieving excellent performances and fulfilling requirements of languages, cross-cultural training, and professional internships. International corporates from USA, Japan, France and Spain also attend and aggressively recruit job applicants. Dispatch jobs are available from subsidiaries in China and South East Asian countries, such as Far Eastern New Century and CHPT.

元智大學於3/29舉辦徵才。因應全球化需求，元智以「全球流通-跨域、整合、創新」為主軸，結合職涯講座及企業說明會，吸引百餘家企業參加，共釋出4000多種職缺。遠東集團也特別提供數百個海內外名額給元智學生。

遠東集團旗下企業每年提供海內外實習名額百名，讓元智學生到旗下企業實習，表現優秀者通過考試，畢業後就可進入企業任職。這次擴大徵才，集團相關企業也提供數百個名額，讓元智畢業生有更多的就業選擇。

尤其遠傳電信，因應大數據及物聯網的發展與需求，今年徵才還是鎖定物聯網、IT、ICT等人才特別多，元智的資通訊向來是業界有名，訓練學生又很紮實，實作能力很強，在徵才中，還是最夯。

今年徵才博覽會，主要有包括台灣IBM、廣達電腦、日月光、欣興電子、中華精測科技、臻鼎科技、誠品股份有限公司等知名企業參加徵才。元智大學學務處長王佳煌表示，今年著重學生在就博會的深度及學習態度，推出「你的名字-職涯高飛夢想卡」活動，鼓勵學生找到有興趣的產業或職務。

元智今年持續以「全球流通：跨域、整合、創新」為主軸，主體視覺設計強調全聯網時代發展下的車聯網、物聯網、工業4.0、數位內容等趨勢，希望學生除了在台灣就業外，也可以全球流通，到海外增廣自己的履歷與經驗。

參與的百餘家企業中以半導體產業鏈中下游為主，如中華精測科技、華邦電子、日月光、景碩科技、臻鼎科技、欣興電子、嘉聯益科技、華通電腦、同欣電子等，以及ICT產業類的台灣IBM、廣達電腦、聯寶電腦、鋐寶科技、中磊電子、台灣松下電器、台灣嘉碩、遠傳電信等。
