YZU and Singtex sign Industry-University MOU 元智大學與興采集團簽訂合作意向

YZU Acting President Tze Chi Hsu (徐澤志) , Dean of College of Management Fang Mei Tseng (曾芳美), and Singtex Chairman Kuo Chin Chen(陳國欽) sign the MOU in the ceremony on Nov 20.  Cooperation between YZU and Signtex include student internship programs, scholarships, and employment.  Both parties expect students to learn from the textiles industry and become future leaders.

According to the MOU, Signtex offers internship programs and scholarships.  Interns with excellent performances will have chances to become the potential leaders in the company after finishing academic programs. Both the industry and university derive values from the opportunities to nurture students for the industry and society.

元智大學與台灣知名專業紡織公司興采集團於11/20舉行「產學合作意向書」簽署儀式，元智大學由代理校長徐澤志、元智管院院長曾芳美，以及興采集團陳國欽董事長代表簽約。簽約內容包括學生企業實習、獎助學金以及畢業後就業問題，期能透過產學合作的力量，為學生謀取更好的企業實習與就業機會。

興采公司創立於1989年，主要從事機能性紡織品的研發、製造及銷售，並以全球首創S.Café®環保科技咖啡紗布料最為著名。陸續受到捷安特、Timberland、Nike、Puma、Patagonia、The North Face等全球知名品牌的青睞，甚至連英國足球聯盟「英格蘭超級聯賽」的利物浦隊，都選用該材質製作球衣。

元智大學代理校長徐澤志表示，元智大學蟬連2014~2015年世界大學排名全球最佳大學，2015並獲QS世界大學排名中心評等為亞洲前三百大最佳大學。興采集團看重元智培育人才的用心及教學品質，雙方建立產學合作的關係，期以教學、實習兩面向為重點，為國家社會培育更多優秀人才。興采集團陳國欽董事長則表示，非常榮幸能與元智大學師生合作，期許雙方為社會貢獻。

雙方簽約內容，以學生企業實習為主，由興采集團提供元智大學學生企業實習機會及獎助學金，並從中選拔優秀實習生做為興采之儲備幹部，學生畢業後將留任。期能透過雙方議定，結合產學合作力量，透過企業實習或學程，達成學用無縫接軌人才養成教育。
