YZU cooperates with 6th Corps Command to provide in-service training 元智與第六軍團策略聯盟 服務官兵在職進修

Lieutenant General Hsu Yen-pu of 6^th Corps Command head 12 Commissioned Officers to visit Yuan Ze University and singed the letter of intent of strategy alliance for cooperation on August 3. With taking responsibility for localization of higher education , YZU will open courses for officers and men in the military of northern Taiwan.

In order to meet the demand for talent development in military, YZU first recommend three school courses including ethical decision making which strengthen military character to make better decision after comprehensive thinking.  The course of project management will help students to understand the process and risk aversion.  And as for the course of strategy alliance, it focus on the organization and strategy adjusting to be more competitive in the high uncertainty of international environment.  YZU will expand more different professional courses for the demand of all crops.

8月3日六軍團指揮部徐衍璞中將指揮官率領12位各旅部軍官參訪元智大學，簽訂策略聯盟意向書，正式開啟雙方合作，將由元智開設課程服務北台灣官兵，進行學術交流，善盡高等教育的社會責任與在的聯結。

配合國軍人才素質提升需求，元智首先推薦3門學分班課程，包括專業倫理與決策，旨在強化專業倫理的素養及軍人武德，以全面性思考做出更好的決策；專案管理專題，幫助學員了解專案管理步驟流程以規避風險並達成管理目標；策略聯盟，課程目標在於如何在高度不確定的國際環境中，調整組織及可行策略，建構其競爭優勢。未來將因應軍團各專業需求開設各領域課程，朝學位班擴大推動。

此行共計各旅部4位將官及6位上校蒞校，元智校園星星梅花雲集，成為難得一見的景象。徐指揮官特地推薦陳勁甫國際長所翻譯的《為將之道—指揮的藝術風格代表一切》，並贈送給軍團主管，以鼓勵軍中幹部開卷有益終身學習的精神。

徐衍璞中將曾於88年在元智修讀資訊管理在職碩士班，時隔18年，再次結緣，由元智吳志揚校長贈送「結伴」琉璃藝品，象徵攜手合作友誼長久。
