YZU launches Google Cloud curriculum and certification 元智大學首推Google Cloud 認證雲端學程

Yuan Ze University has recently introduced the Google Cloud curriculum and is goimg to aplly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build a smart campus and deepen students’ digital competitiveness.

Google Cloud will provide resources including course content, editable slides for teaching, test questions database, many innovative hands-on labs, and global cloud certification. Students who complete the course and pass the test can get a certificate of completion and be included in the google digital talent e exploration plan, as well as become candidates of prime consideration for future recruitment of Google Cloud and its partners.

元智大學近期引進 Google Cloud 雲端學程計畫，未來採用 Google Cloud Platform (GCP)培養學生成為數位人才，藉由 GCP 打造智慧校園，深化學生數位競爭力。

元智大學一直以培育具備全球移動力的數位跨域人才為目標，除了積極深化學生數位競爭力、拓展跨域學程，並重視產學橋接，促進學用合一。近日更首推Google Cloud 認證雲端學程，強化學生技術與專業能力，以符合產業發展及青年就業之所需。

元智大學校長廖慶榮表示，Google Cloud 將提供包含課程內容、教學簡報、測驗題庫，諸多創新實驗課程，以及全球雲端認證計畫等資源；完成課程並通過測驗的學生，可獲得結業證照，並列入 Google 數位人才探索計畫，為未來 Google Cloud 與其合作夥伴徵才優先考慮對象。

元智大學對於推動具前瞻性人才培育、建構智慧校園不遺餘力，因此引進 Google Cloud 雲端學程計畫並採用 GCP 服務，以達成此目標。此計畫分三年執行，第一年雙方將完成 Google Cloud 雲端計算基礎課程 (GCCF; Google Cloud Computing Foundation) 的所有規劃及種子教師的培訓；第二年將正式開辦學程，培育對象以元智大學學生為優先，同時進行兩個進階課程之規劃，包含 Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) 與 Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE)，此進階課程適合有志於數位應用領域發展之同學。

廖慶榮說，經過系統性的人才培育，此計畫第三年可培育至少 500 位人才通過基礎認證。同時，元智大學將成為 Google Cloud 的生態系夥伴，期待透過不同產學合作模式，深化人工智慧與機器學習之應用。除上述課程規劃，此計畫也涵蓋了智慧校園建置，將建立數位課程之雲資源，接著資訊系統雲端化，最後將校園當成課程專案實驗場域，充分支援AI人才實戰能力培育所需之環境。

廖慶榮指出，此計畫主要是將雲端學程與數位人才學程帶入元智。元智大學一直以培育具備全球移動力的數位跨域人才為目標。透過此計畫，除了可協助元智大學打造智慧校園，深化學生數位競爭力，對同學在國際化技術力與就業競爭力將帶來大幅助益。
