Yuan Ze University moves towards the most international university, filling the talent gap for the industry元智大學朝最國際化大學邁進 積極為產業補上人才缺口

Yuan Ze University is actively cooperating with Tech Giants, setting up corporate academies, designing 3C and cross-domain general education courses, and building a 5G innovative campus so students can become talents to meet the world’s needs. Seeing the industry’s demands for digital talents and the synergy of Far Eastern Group’s related resources, it has successively promoted Microsoft Educator Program and Google’s “Google cloud academic program.” The university also worked with Amazon to launch the “AWS Educate Cloud Program, “combing human-computer dialogue models, such as ChatGPT, to quickly answer questions and propose feasible solutions. YZU strives to stimulate students’ creativity and make all students become highly competitive talents that meet the needs of the environment.

元智大學積極與科技巨擘合作、設立企業書院、設計三創與通識跨域課程，打造 5G 雲端智慧校園，讓學生成為世代亟需人才。看準產業對數位雲端人才的渴求，加上遠東集團相關資源的綜效發揮，陸續推動微軟(Microsoft)教育者計畫與谷歌(Google)進行「雲端人才搖籃計畫」，並和亞馬遜推行「AWS 雲創學院計畫」，課程創新結合人機對話模型，如 ChatGPT，快速解答問題及提出可行方案，激發學生創造力，致力讓所有學生成為符合環境所需、具高競爭力的人才。

元智自 111 學年開設全台首創「企業書院」，透過上課、實習等方式，強化學生技術與實務能力。首波合作企業包括遠東新世紀、欣銓科技和中強光電，通過申請、面試的學生，將修習所屬書院的專業課程，以及共通的企業倫理、永續ESG 等素養課程。

根據遠見雜誌和 104 人力銀行調查，元智大學工程、電通、資訊及管理領域，畢業生就業起薪，在全國大學排名前 10 名；在 2022 全台熱門研究所起薪排名，元智大學霸榜資訊、工程、管理三榜的冠亞軍，皆代表培養出的學生廣受業界肯定。

面對全球高等教育競爭，元智大學擬定國際化發展藍圖，包括擴大招生外籍研究生、擴大招收自費外籍大學生、提供本地生出國學習環境、延攬優秀海外師資、營造國際化友善環境等，預計 5 年後元智將有 20％外籍師資，並在 2027 年成為全國最國際化的大學。
