YZU holds the 2018 AI & Fintech Forum on March 15 元智大學迎接人工智慧來臨 3/15辦「AI與金融科技論壇」

The 2018 AI & Fintech Forum hold by Yuan Ze University started on March 15 under the theme “Wisely Changing, Initiating Chance”. Taoyuan Deputy Mayor Wang Ming-the, Ms. Ding Yu-Jean from Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch of Workforce Development Agency and YZU Vice President Lin Chih-Min Lin were invited to give talks.  In this Industry-Government-Academia discussion, it focused on the development & trend of AI & Fintech at home and abroad, the bottlenecks & breakthrough of technology as well as the model of cross-boundary cooperation.

Vice President Lin said that when AI is coming, all industries face new challenges and financial industry meet fast development of Fintech as well, which push them to build Fintech center & new creative financial system.  From Last year, YZU has started to speed up the pace of AI and the College of Management especially has developed Fintech rapidly.

由元智大學舉辦的「2018人工智慧與金融科技論壇」於3/15隆重登場。以「機智萬變‧啟動新機」為主題，邀請桃園市副市長王明德、勞動部勞動力發展署桃竹苗分署丁玉珍分署長及元智大學副校長林志民致詞。透過產官學界共同參與探討人工智慧與金融科技在國內外的發展現狀及趨勢、技術瓶頸與突破點、未來跨域合作模式等重要議題。

「2018人工智慧與金融科技論壇」在桃園市政府、勞動部勞動力發展署桃竹苗分署指導下，由財團法人徐有庠先生紀念基金會贊助，元智大學、桃園市政府經濟發展局、台灣聯想環球科技股份有限公司、遠東國際商業銀行、亞東證券股份有限公司、亞台青海峽青年創業園聯合主辦。另外，也邀請到兆豐金融控股公司、富邦金融控股公司、臺灣人壽保險股份有限公司、由田新技股份有限公司、新漢股份有限公司、迅得機械股份有限公司、及元智大學管理學院大學部參與協辦。

元智大學副校長林志民表示，人工智慧的來臨，各行各業都面臨新的挑戰，金融業正面臨Fintech的快速發展，全球金融業也致力以金融科技為中心，打造全新的金融創新系統。元智大學去年開始在人工智慧方面加強腳步，尤其管理學院在金融科技這部分也迅速發展。

元智管理學院財務金融暨會計碩士班丘邦翰主任表示，透過論壇開啟卓越視野與跨域合作模式，能協力提升我國人工智慧產業與金融科技產業的發展，讓台灣產業與金融服務業在創新營運模式的引領下全面勝出。

此次論壇邀集政府專責部門、知名上市與上櫃公司、及國內外金融機構之高層決策人士與業界專家、以及研究學者，共同參與探討人工智慧與金融科技在國內外的發展現狀及趨勢、技術瓶頸與突破點、跨域合作模式等議題。
