Leading Graduate Schools welcomed by Enterprises,” on September 13th, which shows that Yuan Ze University has ranked among the leading groups of high-paying positions for master’s graduates in the fields of information technology, engineering, and business management. It includes semiconductor engineers, semiconductor equipment engineers, semiconductor process engineers, RF communication engineers, software design engineers, product managers, and hardware R&D engineers, which is highly favored by the industry.

104人力銀行9月13日發布「職戰力！企業邀約研究所領先群出列」報告中顯示，元智大學在資通訊、工程、商管三大學群碩士畢業生高薪職務中全部躋身領先群，包括半導體工程師、半導體設備工程師、半導體製程工程師、RF通訊工程師、軟體設計工程師、產品管理師、以及硬體研發工程師，深獲業界青睞。

元智大學校長廖慶榮指出，本校積極與科技巨擘合作、設立企業書院、設計三創與通識跨域課程，打造5G雲端智慧校園，讓學生成為世代亟需人才。看準產業對數位雲端人才的渴求，加上遠東集團相關資源的綜效發揮，陸續推動微軟(Microsoft)教育者計畫與谷歌(Google)進行「雲端人才搖籃計畫」，並和亞馬遜推行「AWS雲創學院計畫」，課程創新結合人機對話模型，如ChatGPT，快速解答問題及提出可行方案，激發學生創造力，致力讓所有學生成為符合環境所需、具高競爭力的人才。

根據EduRANK網站公告，元智大學電通學院電機工程系在全台44間最佳電機工程學系排名中(Electrical Engineering)，脫穎而出，名列全台大專院校第11名，更是私立大學第1名。此外，工業工程與管理學系在全台灣最佳工業工程學系排名中表現優異，名列全台大專院校第6名，更是私立大學的冠軍。其他像會計、財務金融、化工與材料及計算機科學與工程等，也進入全台前10名，並獲私校第2名殊榮。
