Yuan Ze International Food Festival 2023: Savoring Delicacies from Around the World. 2023元智國際美食節 品美食 連世界

Yuan Ze University hosted its annual International Food Festival on December 6th in front of Building 7 on campus. The event featured food booths from various countries, including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Japan, Pakistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Additionally, the university’s overseas student association, global student association, and indigenous student groups showcased a diverse array of cuisines. Collaborating with the True, Good, and Beautiful Welfare Foundation, the event also included a charity booth to sell goods and promote love and hope.

元智大學於12/06(三)在元智大學七館前廣場舉辦了一年一度的國際美食節活動，匯集了越南、泰國、印尼、印度、馬來西亞、香港、菲律賓、日本、巴基斯坦及吉爾吉斯等各國美食攤位，同時本校僑生聯誼會、全球學生聯誼會、原住民社團亦推出了各式料理一同參與。活動亦與真善美福利基金會合作擺攤義賣，傳遞愛與希望。

學生們身著各國傳統服飾，烹調家鄉特色美食，如日本團子、香港咖哩魚蛋、越南春捲、巴基斯坦捲餅及台灣原住民鹹豬肉等等，即使下著雨，現場氣氛依舊熱烈，每個攤位前均排起了長龍。

透過品嘗來自世界各地的美食，和外國學生面對面的交談，同學們不僅打開了味蕾，也拓展了國際視野，加深了跨文化理解與交流，這正體現了元智大學推動校園國際化、培養學生全球移動力的目標。
