Yuan Ze University Collaborates with Far Eastern Advanced Fiber Corporation to Cultivate Future Leaders. 元智攜手遠東先進 培育未來領袖

Yuan Ze University’s Department of Industrial Engineering and Management has been deeply involved in the industry-academia-research field, actively participating in the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ talent development programs. The university has forged a long-term partnership with Far Eastern Advanced Fiber Corporation, aiming for excellence in the industry. In this collaboration, high school students from Guanyin High School were invited to participate in an in-depth dialogue, sharing the achievements of the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ talent development program. This includes research and development areas such as visualization applications, big data, AI applications, etc., intending to inspire high school students’ enthusiasm for industrial development.

元智大學工業工程與管理學系深耕產學研領域，長期參與經濟部人才培育計畫，與遠東先進纖維股份有限公司邁向產業卓越。此次合作邀請觀音高中學子參與深度對話之旅，分享經濟部人才培育計畫所達成的成果，包括視覺化應用、大數據、AI應用等研發領域，以激發高中學生對產業發展的熱情。

「企業攜大手，大手攜小手」，元智大學工管系與遠東先進引領觀音高中學子深入認識在地企業，共同探索產學研究的無限可能。工管系蔡介元主任表示，元智大學工管系在EduRank排名獲私立大學工業管理學系第一名，這是師生努力的成果。因應未來科技的發展及產業的需求，以資訊科技、工程技術和管理科學為主軸，透過跨領域學習，為社會培養具有全球競爭力的數位跨域工業管理人才，以提高學生的就業競爭力。經由活動，期望向學子展示工管系的特色及產學合作成果，讓觀音高中學子能深入了解工管系在產業中的卓越表現與職涯發展。

遠東先進宋資深廠長則表示，這次合作不僅是研究成果的展現，更是對永續承諾的實踐。透過分享成果，推動永續教育，激發高中學生對ESG和永續發展的熱情，引領他們參與這個重要議題，深入了解在地產業的動向，同時啟發對未來學習方向的熱情。

觀音高中地理科彭麗真組長分享，這次與元智大學和遠東先進的合作，透過教育部高中優質化計畫，讓我們開設的多元選修『衣』解快時尚課程，以企業參訪方式，引導學生了解快時尚產業的勞權和環境汙染問題，進一步反思個人的衣著消費行為和產業鏈的發展現況。企業參訪活動不僅為觀音高中學子種下對服飾纖維原料產業的學群探索種子，更結合大學教學和在地企業資源，讓產學攜手向下紮根。
